By signing up at Club ON, your personal data becomes part of the Club ON Database, created with the purpose of carrying out the maintenance and management of our relationship with you, as well as for informative, promotional and advertising activities directly related to the Club ON. We promise not to give share data with third parties, and to ensure their safety through the mechanisms established in the current legislation.

If at any time you wish to revoke your consent to receive commercial information related to the Club ON, you can notify us by sending an email to reservas@onhotels.es. In any case, you can also unsubscribe from any communication received via email or delete your Club ON user account from your Profile Page.

4. Promos, privileges and mONeydONes

Reservations made as a member of the Club ON will be rewarded with 2% of their value in mONeydONes. For example, for a reservation of €100, you will be rewarded with 2 mONeydONes, which will be added automatically to your ON Wallet. Eventually, for promotional and loyalty purposes, this figure may be altered upwards, increasing the number of mONeydONes obtained per reservation.

The value of 1 mONeydON to the change is €1.

Under no circumstances may mONeydONes be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties. They can not be used as a direct payment form in any of the ON Hotels Group services.

The staff of ON Hotels Group may, if it deems it appropriate, make charges or bonuses in your ON Wallet, as well as delete your user account.

5. General

All privileges associated with Club ON are subject to availability. ON Hotels Group reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to suspend the access and operating mechanism of the Club ON, as well as to make the modifications it deems appropriate, also related to the privileges and promotions linked to the Club ON.
